Smoke alarm malfunction caused repeated disturbances, housekeeping service inadequate during stay

At first glance, the breakfast seemed varied, but let's be honest, it was just an IKEA canteen in disguise. The spa was overly packed, and I expected my own space for relaxation-no such luck! I almost gave a good review, but honestly, i was sorely disappointed with the missing complimentary welcome gift i had anticipated.

Aquapark Fun and Great Food

Charming amenities like a rooftop pool and a spacious indoor Aquapark. Kids loved the slides! The buffet was a good surprise, offering a delicious variety at breakfast and dinner.

We had a grand time at this hotel! The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight, perfect for relaxing after beach walks. But I must say, the game room was a bit of a letdown. a lovely stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the diverse breakfast buffet with gluten-free options and the warm hospitality of the staff. The room was modern and comfortable, and the Lomi Lomi massage at the spa was a restorative experience.

perfect base for exploring kolobrzeg and its lovely parks

during my recent stay, I enjoyed how the hotel was just 500 meters from the beautiful sea coast and less than a 5-minute walk to the aquarium, making it easy to explore the area on foot while taking in the lovely views.

Breakfast buffet - absolutely mind-blowing with a jam-packed selection and friendly staff. Lomi Lomi massage - one of the best I've ever had, worth the slightly higher price. Ala carte restaurant - excellent food and cocktails. Unobtrusive service - felt excellently taken care of with tastefully furnished room and comfy bed. Spa area - loved the pools, saunas, and water slides, plenty of space to relax. FOH team - accommodating and friendly, made our stay even better. a super relaxing and enjoyable stay, will definitely be coming back.

During my recent business trip to Kolobrzeg, my director selected the Radisson Resort Kolobrzeg as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities at this hotel. One standout feature was the sauna and steam room. After a long day of meetings, I enjoyed visiting the sauna to relax and unwind. The soothing atmosphere and serene environment provided the perfect respite, ensuring I felt rejuvenated for the next day's work.

Two minor issues I encountered during my stay at the Radisson were related to dining and parking.

wow, radisson really impressed us! after many years in poland, this hotel was the best. super family friendly with kid's club and pool. warm and friendly staff. will definitely come back again!

Housekeeping could've been better.

very clean rooms - cleaned daily. great location - close to the beach. friendly and professional staff - especially the Asian staff. amazing pool with water slides - warm pool for children, and indoor/outdoor options

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The service here was outstanding, with the staff at the restaurants and room service going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The rooms were soundproofed, allowing me to have a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and modern, featuring separate tub and shower, free toiletries, and a clean and well-maintained atmosphere. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. Additionally, the dining options were superb, with the restaurant serving delicious meals and the snack bar offering a quick and convenient option for a bite to eat.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to my friends.

Modern rooms with air conditioning, Smart TV, fridge, and free hot drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. Multiple pools, including a warm outdoor option and aquapark for children. Great buffet selection for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is quite modern and with some beautiful details in its decoration. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was warm. , the location was excellent as it was within walking distance to the beach. Breakfast offered good choices and tastes good.

The facilities were fantastic, with a clean swimming pool and relaxing zone. The staff was approachable and helpful, making my experience very enjoyable. this hotel is perfect for families with children, as there is a kid's club and plenty of activities for kids. The location was also great, in a quiet neighborhood not far from the beach.
